     Hello and welcome to Soaring Borders Border Collies. My name is Montana and I raise and train Border Collies for the hopes of bettering the breed and keeping what makes a Border Collie so special prevalent in my lines. My small farm is located in the rural area of Piedmont, South Carolina.  My love for the breed started when I got my first Border Collie at the age of three. Jake was his name and he was truly inspirational and an iconic representation of how wonderful this breed of canine can be. I have spent my life training, rescuing and working with many different breeds, but Border Collies are my true passion. I have spent years searching through different bloodlines to trace back to where my first Border Collie, Jake, came from and that is the foundation of my program. All of my dogs are registered with the American Border Collie Association and tested for genetic health conditions through Embark DNA Company.
